I. Weekly Themes​

TODDLER 

WEEK 1: June 23 – June 27 / 🐟 Fish Frenzy

Dive into a colorful world of fish and discover all sorts of fish—big and small, stripy and spotty—and learn about how they live, swim, and survive under the sea.​​

WEEK 2: June 30 – July 4 / 🐢 Sea Turtle Safari

Slow and steady wins the race! Campers learn about the gentle sea turtle's journey from egg to ocean and why they’re so special.​

WEEK 3: July 7 – July 11 / 🐦Ocean Birds

Even birds love the sea! This week, campers will discover seabirds like seagulls, pelicans, and puffins and how they live near and over the ocean.​

WEEK 4: July 14 – July 18 / 🦈 Sharks, Dolphins, and Whales

This week is all about the biggest and most exciting sea creatures! Campers will learn about friendly dolphins, singing whales, and even those misunderstood sharks.​

WEEK 5: July 21 – July 25 / 🐠 Coral Reef World

Explore the "rainforest of the sea" — the coral reef! Campers will discover vibrant underwater life and how coral reefs keep our oceans healthy.​

WEEK 6: July 28 – August 1 / 🚢 Ocean Transportation

How do people explore or work on the ocean? Let’s learn about submarines, sailboats, cargo ships, and more!​

WEEK 7: August 4 – August 8 / 🧜‍♀️ Mermaids and Pirates

End summer camp with imagination and magic! This week blends fantasy, dress-up, and storytelling as kids explore life as mermaids, pirates, and sea adventurers.

PRE-KINDER / KINDER

WEEK 1: June 23 – June 27 / 🐾 Animals That Can Live In the Ocean And On Land

How are they different from the animals that live in the oceans? seals, walrus, otter, sea turtles, seabirds, penguins etc.

WEEK 2: June 30 – July 4 / 🐠 Ocean Animal Characteristic. 

Campers will learn what makes ocean animals special—fins, gills, shells, blowholes, and more!
WEEK 3: July 7 – July 11 /🧜‍♀️ Underwater Magic

Dive into a world of wonder beneath the waves! This week is full of imagination and creativity! Mermaids, treasure, glowing creatures, and underwater castles await.
WEEK 4: July 14 – July 18 / 🦈Sharks and Rays

Discover the coolest (and sometimes misunderstood) creatures of the sea—sharks and their flat cousins, the rays! 
WEEK 5: July 21 – July 25 / 🌿 Seaweed and Coral Reefs

Explore the ocean’s gardens and learn why coral reefs and seaweed are so important for sea life.
WEEK 6: July 28 – August 1 / 🦐 The Food Web 

Who eats whom in the ocean? Learn about the ocean food chain in a simple, fun way.
WEEK 7: August 4 – August 8 / 🗑️ Ocean Conservation

Campers learn how to protect sea animals by recycling, reducing waste, and keeping the oceans clean.

II. Field Trip/Special Activities

• Aquatic Olympics (Week 1,2,3,4)

• SMIK Beach Club (Dramatic play-Week 7)

 

* Every Friday there is a big theme related event including dress up day!

* Please be advised that all specialized activities and field trips are subject to change.

III. Camp Information

• Monday-Friday @ 9:00 am-3:30 pm ​

• ​All classes are conducted in English Language

• No breakfast will be provided during summer camp.

• Sign up for the whole summer, or pick the weeks for your family.

• Registration is not complete without the fee paid.

IV. Age groups

• Toddler:18 - 35 months (Max 12 students)

• Pre-Kindergarten: 3-4 years old (Max 15 students)

• Kindergarten: 5-7 years old (Max 18 students)

V. Pricing/Week

A. Tuition (Lunches, field trips and special activities are included)

• Toddler:    6,300,000 VND 

• Pre-K & K: 7,000,000 VND 

 

B. Transportation 

• Phu My Hung:               520,000 VND

• Other areas of Dist.7:   580,000 VND

C. Before and After Care

We offer weekly child care before and after camp for a small fee. Light snacks are provided everyday for after camp care.

• Before camp care is available from 7:30-9 a.m. for : 500,000 VND

• After camp care is available from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm for: 500,000 VND

• Before and after care is available for 900,000 VND.

D. Discounts (Transportation fee is excluded)

• Early Bird: 5% OFF by May 16

• Sibling Discount: 5% OFF for second child all summer long

• Multiple Weeks: 5% OFF for 5+ weeks of camp​

*All discounts can be combined if the terms and conditions are met

VI. Cancellation Policy & Change

A. Cancellations

• May 31, 2025: If for any reason a camper is unable to attend camp, a refund (minus the cancellation fees of 500,000 VND) will be issued.

• June 1-14, 2025: We will issue you credit only** for all tuition fees paid for full or partial cancellations valid to December 2025. Your credit is transferable to any family member or friends and may be used for any Saigon Montessori programs. 

• After June 14, 2025: No refunds or credits will be given for any reason. 

 

We are sorry, but there are no refunds or reductions in fees for days missed due to illness, absence, last-minute vacations/trips, change in family circumstances during camp sessions.

B. Camp Changes (by weekly)

If a camper is unable to attend camp, including but not limited to illness, injury, sickness, family emergency,  a refund/credit will not be issued. We will make every effort to reschedule the camper's camp week to a later week during the 2025 summer based on available space. The change fee applies:

• We know plans change so you can change camp dates for FREE 5 days before the start date.

• Last-minute change (made on the start date) requires a 500,000 VND change fee.
